This 4-Year 4-Hour 24x7 Same Day Hardware Support HP CarePack provides support for the HP ProLiant DL380 G4. Coverage includes remote problem diagnosis and support - HP Services uses electronic remote support tools to isolate the problem and facilitate resolution.
For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, an authorized HP Services representative arrives onsite within 4 hours after the customer's call has been logged. Service is available around-the-clock every day, including all holidays. HP Services returns covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary.
Coverage includes all required parts and materials. Established escalation procedures enlist specialized expertise from HP and selected third-parties.
