The Depot Support Service Plan is the most affordable service plan available for the repair of your Intermec products. This service includes all parts and labor needed to bring your device back to original condition. It cleans, calibrates, and replaces all failed components and in most cases, and will even replace damaged covers, keypads, or triggers at no additional cost, even if they weren't the reason for the failure. The depot plan is designed for those customers who want the high quality repair. This low-cost customer centric Medallion service plan ensures that your system's performance meets your needs at a minimum cost. Technical telephone support is also included in the Bronze Intermec Medallion Depot Support Service.
With low-cost Bronze Service, your unit(s) will be repaired and returned to your location within five business days of its receipt at the Repair Center. Bronze service also includes: cleaning and calibration, technical phone support (M-F, 8-5), and return freight of your repaired unit.
