            iTeam’s Hide Wires Installation Service provides for hiding of the wires that connect to the flat panel monitor either in a wall or furniture at your business location by an expert iTeam audio/visual installation service provider.

            Let our installation professionals give your new monitor installation a professional finished look. Our installers will: Run and wall-fishing up to 25 feet of cable for you. This includes drilling through wood or materials with similar density such as plaster board; we will not drill through high density materials such as rock or steel.

            Compatibility Notes Products Covered: Hiding the wires for all brands of stand or wall mounted flat panel and projection monitors under 42” and up to 50” in size measured diagonally.

            Services Provided: Run and wall-fishing up to 25 feet of cable for you. This includes drilling through wood or materials with similar density such as plaster board; we will not drill through high density materials such as rock or steel. Does NOT include termination of bulk wire. Does NOT include hardware such as wall plates, connectors, inserts, etc.

            Scheduling: Customer will be contacted within 3 business days after purchase to schedule this service.

            Hours: The service will be provided during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local customer time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays unless an alternate, mutually agreed schedule has been arranged. Some installations may require more than one on-site visit.

            Cancellation: Customer must cancel/re-schedule any scheduled installation date at least two business days in advance to avoid additional charges.
