This IBM ServicePac offers 24x7x4 Onsite Repair service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location for equipment repair within four hours after remote problem determination is completed. IBM provides service around the clock, every day, including IBM holidays. Parts and labor are included.
IBM performs hardware problem determination to the component level. For non-IBM components, the customer must provide the replacement part and IBM will provide the labor to replace it. If IBM has a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.
