LexOnSite Exchange is the Lexmark's next-day, on-site exchange service. If you have a printer problem, call Lexmark's Technical Support Center, or you can submit a support request via the web. Lexmark's highly trained technical support technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved over the phone or via the web, a Lexmark trained technician will be dispatched to your to set up the exchange printer that will be shipped to your site.
