On-Site repair provides the fastest repair solution to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You'll benefit from a convenient single point of contact - expert technicians are available 24x7 for phone-based technical assistance and to dispatch an on-site technician as needed.
This plan provides coverage for business locations only, within 75 miles of most major metro areas in the United States. Request for service must be received before 4:00 p.m. local time to receive next business day service. This plan is available for all Toshiba notebooks with a 3-Year standard warranty. The term of the program begins on the original purchase date of your notebook. Allow up to 3 - 4 weeks after purchase of this program to receive a letter confirming warranty entitlement.
